How do I place an order?
Go to the Test Kits tab at the top of our website.
How do I manage shipping?
Each kit will include a pre-labeled return envelope. All you have to do is collect the sample, place the closed vial in the envelope, and drop it in the mail.
What is the turnaround time on results?
7-10 days from when we receive the sample
How do I get the results?
When you place an order you’ll receive an invitation to set up an account in our customer portal. All sample status and final reports will be available there.
